This role is part of IDT Marketing.

We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Digital Business Solutions (DBS) team as the Lead Manager DBS – Activation & Trade. This role will be focused on leading digital solutions for our Activation Trade Marketing (ATM) function, partnering closely with our marketing clients to deliver modern cloud-based and mobile solutions that drive consumer and customer engagement.

The role is a highly visible, integral part of the Commercial DBS team with tremendous career growth opportunities. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential attributes necessary for this role to facilitate, communicate, and deliver business outcomes

Reports to: Director IDT – Trade Marketing Systems

Reporting Level: No Direct Reports

Geographic Scope: Local, DRBU

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring our consumer and customer engagement digital solutions are developed and deployed effectively
• Leading mid-size projects and initiatives, from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed project
• Leading the technical direction for areas of responsibility by driving decisions and coordinating efforts with our vendor managed service providers
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement for responsible processes/systems

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

• Do you have recent experience in B2C/B2B mobile solutions and modern cloud computing technologies (AWS preferred)?
• Have you led projects and managed vendors?
• Are you experienced in communicating to various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 4 years IT or related experience and passion for technology and digital transformation
• Large, cross-functional project experience requiring extensive business client collaboration
• Strong technical proficiency in the following:
• B2C and B2B mobile solutions
• Cloud computing & big data technologies (AWS preferred)
• Data architecture and integration
• Leadership experience (project, vendor, process)
• Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, and co-workers
• Experience in enterprise-level integration tools, techniques, & architecture
• Familiarity with BI/Analytic tools
• 4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field
