An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join The British Airways Strategic Resourcing Team on a 12-month FTC, supporting the business with the delivery of the overall resourcing strategy for Technology hires specifically within Transformation, Architecture, Cyber and IT risk, and Tech Service Delivery. You will drive a clear executive hire operational recruitment strategy for Technology hires within the business, focussing on enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.
The successful postholder will lead the end-to-end resourcing process, from attracting and developing sourcing plans via innovative search and marketing strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of data talent within Transformation, Architecture, Cyber and IT risk, and Tech Service Delivery, through to the selection process and leading the development of selection methodology and associated collateral, conducting pre-screening, managing the interview process, and reaching the contract signing stage.
We are looking for an expert within the data talent market, you will be insights driven and required to collate selection process metrics and facilitate decisions, whilst holding a sound understanding of the digital environment, technology and the impact it has on people.
If you have experience of working within a large complex and matrixed organisation, have extensive experience of 5 years or more within technology recruitment, specifically within Transformation, Architecture, Cyber and IT risk, and Tech Service Delivery, and have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the market and general credibility across technology recruitment, then please get in contact and click apply.
