Brite Logistics Inc is seeking for a dynamic, experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager to lead Brite Logistics Inc. Recruiting department.

Brite Logistics Inc. is OTR (over the road) logistics company and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager will be accountable of Recruiting Department performance. Recruiting Department is responsible for recruiting OTR CDL A drivers.

Primary duties include:

· Hire, train, supervise, and oversee the Recruiting Department team.

· Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies. Ensure company hiring goals are met.

· Create, implement and monitor KPIs for our Recruiting Department team.

· Forecast, monitor and ensure EOQ (End of Quarter) & EOY (End of Year) targets are met.

· Conduct weekly team meetings, which includes scorecard reviews and training sessions.

· Conduct quarterly reviews for the Recruiting Department team.

Qualifications:

· Must have 5+ years of management experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting field. Experience doesn’t have to be in logistics industry.

· Must have strong leadership and organizational skills and proven experience with developing and monitoring KPIs.

· Must have experience managing a contingency workforce, which includes involvement with unemployment claims, termination/hiring, etc.
