Position Summary
Acquiring, moving, and integrating key talent across the organization is one of the most critical investments of BMS. Getting the right people, in the right role, at the right time, to deliver our business strategy for our patients is the goal of the Talent Management team.
This role will function as part of the Talent Management team in delivering exceptional results associated with the design and execution of talent management tools, processes, diversity and inclusion efforts, and initiatives that support BMS’ mission. The role will provide project management support to the talent management and performance management teams on key enterprise initiatives and annual processes. In addition, this role will ensure operational efficiency for external partners that provide development assessments and executive coaching, as well as overseeing the internal procurement process for initiating these actions.
The Senior Manager, Talent Management Operations will be accountable for performing diverse project coordination for the Talent Management team which involves multiple internal and external stakeholders and exposure to sensitive information requiring confidentiality, discretion, good judgment, as well as demonstrating our core values.
