We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with our Global Services team. The Customer Service Representative is part of a dynamic team that manages a portfolio of small customer accounts – this includes developing relationships with your clients, handling inquiries and managing issues to resolution.
As a member of the Global Services team, you will:
Work with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions and pricing to fit those needs
Maintain positive relationships with customs brokers
Assist with the tracking and tracing of shipments
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring that escalated concerns are handled efficiently
Work with Operations team members in Canada and the broader Global Services network
Support Sr. Account Executives as required
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
2 or more years’ experience in a customer service role, dealing with both internal and external customers
Experience in sales, account management or inside sales is an asset
Demonstrated ability to quickly assess situations and offer solutions that meet the needs of both the business and our clients
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
Service orientation with a strong customer focus
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
