Full Time Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

BrightStar Care of Central Denver is currently seeking an In-house Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for finding talented healthcare professionals in the healthcare industry. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and think on their feet. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Primary work hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
With our tremendous growth and high standards, we hire over 100 CNAs and 20 nurses every year. We are looking for a warm, friendly, outgoing person who will excel at building strong rapport with potential field staff.
Primary responsibilities include:
*Posting healthcare job descriptions via internet resources and job boards
*Developing an active qualified pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our clients
*Recruiting candidates in the healthcare industry by reviewing applicants’ resume/curriculum vitae
*Sending out emails to potential candidates, as well as warm and cold calling candidates
*Identifying new and creative ways to source viable candidates and build relationships via pipelines, contact lists, database leads, and networking
*Conducting interviews to get to know potential candidates and their skills
*Setting up interviews for candidates and providing exceptional service by following-up with candidates in regards to open roles and interview status
*Communicating efficiently with the team and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner
*Coordinating orientation for employees
*Regularly updating database and CRM system with information of potential candidates and new hires
*Achieving key metrics/KPIs that support revenue goals of the business unit
*Acts with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
*Applies logical/creative thinking in providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree
*Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
*Knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Ability to meet goals and deadlines
*Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
*1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development, or account management – healthcare industry or medical terminology is a plus
