Full Job Description

BrightStar Care is an award-winning In-Home care organization that has been operating in Columbia, MD since 2011 and we have earned a great reputation in the community. As a well-established company, we are looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler candidate to join our team. In this position, the candidate will be scheduling our employees into cases/shifts with our Staffing and Private Duty Home Care clients.

This position will be who is self-motivated, socially engaging, results driven and someone who just loves to interact with people. The work environment is fast paced and requires the ability to be organized, pay attention to detail and manage multiple tasks daily. This position offers the candidate the ability to work independently with the support of a dynamic and experienced team.

Job Requirements:

• Two or more years of recent Staffing/Scheduling experience with a strong focus on Private Duty in Home Care industry
• Assist with office administration duties
• Strong verbal, written communication and telephone skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization skills required
• A high level of attention to detail in a fast pace environment
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Undergraduate degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
