Job Description

We are currently looking for aLead Sales Engineer to join our growing and dynamic wholesaleteam! In this role, you will directly to the Director, Wholesale Sales Engineering.You will work across all strategic accounts, as well as, cross-functionally within our organization including network planning, engineering/construction, and service delivery.

As a Lead Sales Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Create & lead strategic projects & initiatives, both internally and externally
• Consultatively approach customers to understand business challenges, clearly articulating strategies and solutions, both internally and externally
• Provide oversight and support for customer designs, network infrastructure alignment, processes, and technical documentation
• Leadcritical projects and activities related to strategic carrier growth & network design
• Travel to customer meetings & industry conferences
• Strong public speaking with the ability to drive results across planning, strategy, & execution

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• Carrier telecommunications experience supporting both wireless & wireline services
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies & design principles, particularlycarrier services
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally while managing multiple large projects
• Strategic & analytical skills capable of developing & leading revenue growth
• Customer-oriented with a strong track record of establishing trusted relationships

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Master’s degree in business, or computer science
• Industry certifications – CCNP, MEF Network Expert, JNCIS-SP, etc.
