Customer Support Specialist

• Provide an above average customer experience when troubleshooting software

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude with customers at all times

• Ensure accurate entry of information into the ticketing system

• Collaborate with team to ensure department metrics are achieved

• Address customer issues without delay and never leave things unresolved

• Use creative problem solving to suggest unique solutions

• Continually increase knowledge about products and services to grow within your role

The Fine Print

Please be advised that while this is a remote position, you must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Travel within Canada and the United States may be required on occasion for customer and/or employee training (this is currently on hold due to COVID-19). A valid passport will be required, after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, for business travel. Remote employees must provide their own hardware (modern computer, headset, webcam, etc.) and high-speed Internet access.
