Where you’ll work:
Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC.

How you’ll contribute:
As a Talent Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the talent strategy for the organization and supporting our talent to help them grow and develop their careers at Brighthouse Financial.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Lead our annual talent strategy processes, including:
  • Performance management
  • Talent assessments
  • Succession planning
• Lead the company’s executive coaching engagements by partnering with third party executive coaches and managing engagements
• Support learning and development initiatives as needed
• Drive our mentor program
• Support employee engagement and retention programs
• Develop and/or manage employee feedback tools and processes
• Collaborate closely with partners across the Human Resources and Communications function, as well as senior leaders across the company

We’re looking for people who have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 7+ years of human resources experience, preferably with experience in talent management, talent acquisition and/or learning and development.
• An exceptional ability to be a strong partner and collaborate across multiple business units and at various levels in the organization, up to the Brighthouse Financial Senior Leadership Team

What you’ll receive:
Compensation – Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results

Travel:

Minimal if located in Charlotte, NC. If virtual, we may ask you to attend 2-3 in-person meetings a year.
