BrightEdge is seeking an energetic, detailed, and scrappy Marketing Generalist with a passion for executing various marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various marketing initiatives, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Event Coordination: Support event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person, to promote the company’s products or services. Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Analytics and ing: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to track campaign success and ROI. Prepare regular s on marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Branding and Positioning: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Contribute to efforts to enhance the company’s brand positioning in the market.
• Lead Generation: Collaborate on developing and implementing lead generation strategies. Nurture leads through marketing efforts and ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required with 2-3 years of related B2B experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
• Multiple channel management experience
• Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms – Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce
• Strong at analysis and spreadsheets, pivot tables
• SaaS (subscription software) experience desirable
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing techniques.

Salary: $56,250/yr, plus bonus structure
