Between Nov 2016 and Feb 2022, Brighte has facilitated the installation of solar systems for over 110,000 households. Currently we have 1700 GWh generated by our customers each year which is saving 1 million + metric tons on C02 emissions per year!

Overview

Be the driving force behind a myriad of business decisions. Bring your analytical expertise to help the team unlock insights to identify opportunities for development and enhancements.

Help develop complex queries for business insights and extract data for the wider team to use in their analysis and create data visualisations that tell a story and make it easy for the audience to interpret key messages.

About The Role

• Be the go-to-person for running analysis (via SQL, dbt Cloud, Tableau and/or Excel).
• Deliver and communicate your analysis to diverse audiences through building dashboards, writing pages or running meetings, in order to influence commercial direction.
• Work across multiple teams and stakeholders with varying levels of technical and commercial understanding to deliver results.
• Chair cross-functional team meetings.
• Take work from problem statement to stakeholder engagement, technical analysis and ultimately project delivery.
• Pitch and manage projects that will provide genuine benefit to the business as a whole.

What You’ll Bring

• Exceptional experience in SQL – advanced skillset is a non-negotiable.
• Experience with Tableau, dbt, python or exposure to ELT would be highly advantageous.
• You have strong commercial acumen and sound understanding commercial impacts of the Business and its needs.
• You have strong analytical skillsand are beyond comfortable with Excel and you can more than handle SQL analysis to extract and analyse data.
• You are agile and are capable of delivering quickly on short timeframes, whilst managing the rest of your workload. i.e. you like fast paced environments.
• Stakeholder management skills – you know how to handle stakeholders to understand and deliver what they need (not just what they ask).
• You are a strong oral and written communicator, including visual communication (e.g. Tableau).
• You are delivery focussed and take pride in your work and your ability to take a problem from infancy to live maintaining deadlines and meeting expectation.
• You act accountably within teams, and are able to take the leadto deliver projects.
