As we grow and scale, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our People Team and help us scale the business!
The opportunity
As a Talent Partner at Bright Network, you will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the business (from tech to commercial, from marketing to operations). You’ll ensure all our teams can attract & hire the very best talent as we look to scale by acting as a true business partner to hiring managers – optimising our process, thinking strategically about innovative sourcing and attraction methods and building Bright Network’s employer brand.
The business has doubled in headcount in the last two years, and our exciting growth plans don’t stop there. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent professional who wants to help build an incredible team!
