We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage all recruitment, predominately sales and covering all enabling functions (digital, marketing, finance, IT, customer service). You will also be managing the full 360 recruitment process and will be responsible for creating job adverts, advertising on a variety of job boards, managing applications, sourcing using advanced methodologies like boolean searching, x-ray searching and headhunting to source the highest calibre of candidates available and managing the offer process and onboarding successfully.
You will need experience recruiting at a variety of levels from junior up to senior management. You will be conducting telephone interviews and face to face, providing guided tours of the office and welcoming new employees to the company, while providing a high level of customer service to all customers and stakeholders a like. You’ll have a high focus on brand management and representing Bright Money Group in the highest way possible, ensuring we recruit people that match our core values, of integrity, honesty, and respect.
To be successful within this role, you will:
· Have 2 years minimum experience recruiting within a competitive sales environment
· Be GDPR compliant and have experience managing and correctly filing highly sensitive data
· Have 3 years minimum customer service experience
