Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Careers
Salary: £30,000-£36,750
Hours: 37.5 per week/Monday-Friday
Permanent, Fulltime
Location: Remote with travel as required
This role is to deliver an end to end national recruitment service for our Early Career hires, including student placements, apprentices, future leaders, and graduates. Working in partnership with the Career Pathways team to hire the greatest talent potential for Bright Horizons, you will ensure that recruitment is strategically focussed, while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by driving effective stakeholder relationships. The focus is on strategic direct resourcing, talent pipelining and driving employer brand awareness as well as managing the end-to-end resourcing process from brief to attraction to on-boarding.
