Hours: 37.5hours per week / Monday-Friday

Location: Rushden or London (remote with travel into BH offices as required).

Reporting to the One HR Lead your primary purpose is to provide front line telephone support and advice, administrative assistance, input to workday and other systems to ensure employee records are maintained and up to date and enabling the company to comply with legal and SOX compliance policies and processes. Along with this you will be supporting the wider function with any project work by completion of administration related tasks and activities to ensure the smooth running of the department and adherence to compliance and legislative requirements. You’ll also develop a positive working environment promoting the HEART principles and Mission Statement.
What you’ll be doing;
First point of contact for colleague and manager enquiries via telephone and shared email inbox
Support with all first line queries relating to ER, Pay, Systems, Reward and Benefits
Triage queries received and allocate appropriately
Issue new contracts and job change letters
Support with the production and distribution of policies and procedural updates as and when changes occur within regulation, legislation and company
Provide training, coaching to leadership teams around BH systems policies and procedures
Support with family leave process for colleagues and managers
Run reports and manage exceptions / issues arising to improve the quality of data
Files case notes as required
Takes meeting notes as required
Ensure terminations are relevant and correct
Provide clerical and administrative support to the wider HR team
Support the HR Advisors and wider HR team as and when required
Keeping abreast of changes in regulation and legislation
Delivering and maintaining service level agreements and KPIs
Sharing policy information
Contribute to the updating of policies
Maintaining accurate records on systems

Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight timescales
General HR knowledge
Excellent communication Skills
Excellent Customer service
Experience of working within a HR environment
Must be analytical with a good attention to detail
CIPD Level 3 (essential)
