We have several immediate, full-time opportunities at our three locations: Crozet, Forest Lakes, and Mill Creek! We are looking for mature and responsible teachers with experience, but are willing to train if your Core Values align with ours!

We value candidates who are mature, energetic, positive, honest, and creative. You must be an outstanding communicator, strong problem solver and able to function with a bit of chaos. Building rapport with parents and co-workers is essential as are organizational skills and lesson planning.

Duties may include:

• Managing your classroom with at least one co-teacher or assistant
• Planning activities that interest your students- we have beautiful and well equipped classrooms- our curriculum calendars will guide you to plan activities appropriate for your age group.
• Classroom maintenance and upkeep including general daily cleaning, sanitizing and keeping space organized.
• Diaper and potty training (ages infant- 3)
• Daily communication with parents through our Tadpoles app.
• Working as a team with the director and colleagues- our goal is to serve our students and community.
• Excellent attendance is important to your success
