You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our educational resources and solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for education and a proven track record in marketing and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, parents, and community organizations to promote Bright Achievements’ products and services
• Organize and execute marketing events, workshops, and presentations to showcase our offerings and engage with target audiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and printed materials
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with North Carolina’s educational landscape is preferred
