ABOUT THE POSITION:

• As the Civil Foreman you will be coordinating and directing the trades and subcontractors on the project
• You will have to ensure materials and trades are on site and perform work in the correct way
• You will make sure the project is completed efficiently and effectively, and make sure all delivers are complete to what is ordered
• You will perform daily and weekly meetings and inspections of the project
• Safety is important during any project, so you will ensure all site personnel are working within the government safe work procedures
• As the Foreman, as well as working with the trades you will also be asked to complete any documentation, from s, work orders, emails and keep all the various people who need to be coordinated in on these documents, in the know
• Conduct and attend all staff meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years as a Foreman
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience as a pipe-layer or in underground utilities
• Have people already ing into you
• Be experienced in filing and filling out documents for the projects
• Have knowledge of WorkSafeBC procedures
• Valid Drivers license

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly: $40 – $46/hour
