Bridgewater Finance Group Hiring for Internal Recruiter at Manchester Full Time

We are looking for an Internal recruiter or experienced Resourcer who is looking to progress into a new role and support our continuous year on year expansion.

Joining an already well established Internal Recruitment team, you will be resourcing and recruiting for our growing Operations team, with a primary focus to pipeline, engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates about our roles. You will be using multiple job boards as well as our internal data base and LinkedIn to source experienced candidates, screen and prepare applicants for interview whilst being fully knowledgeable about Bridgewater Finance group, its vision, goals and the benefits of working here. You will also be tasked with preparing key HR documentation and onboarding new starters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in volume recruitment. IVA or Debt Management knowledge is beneficial but not essential for this position as compressive training is provided.
