Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.

HR

As Sr TA Partner, this individual will play a pivotal role in the attraction and placement of critical skill-pools for Bridgestone Americas. Skill-sets will include but not limited to our Corporate Functions recruitment efforts (i.e. HR, Legal, Finance/Audit, Marketing) as well as hiring in our Technology space (i.e. IT, Mobility Solutions, Data & Analytics, Digital Platforms, Research/Product Development).

• Full life-cycle recruitment for Bridgestone Americas to include staff-level to executive level openings.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and trusted consultant to the business specific to talent acquisition (market insights, strategic advertising initiatives, total reward competitiveness, new ways of working etc.).
• Mentor/Coach TA Partners and act as Team Lead for the function (provide consultative support, has mastery of TA tools and processes, lead meetings and provide back-up support to TA Directors as/when needed).
• Lead TA projects or processes of complex scope.
• Identifies continuous improvement/automation activities and makes frequent recommendations based on detailed analyses and applying results to drive improvement.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and promotes Bridgestone as an employer of choice.

• BA/BS degree in related discipline
• 3+ years of recruitment experience ideally in a large enterprise and highly-matrixed environment (preferred)
• Corporate Functions recruitment experience (i.e. HR, Legal, Finance/Audit, Marketing) or in the Technology space (i.e. IT, Mobility Solutions, Digital Platforms, Research/Product Development). Highly preferred.
• Ability to influence decisions through relationships by utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders across the organization
• Ability to act as mentor and influence teammates to do their best work regardless of reporting relationship
