Bridger Transportation, LLC is a third-party logistics brokerage (3PL) whose business provides its customers with quality service in transporting their goods. In short, we transport our customer’s products from one location to another and track it until it gets to its final destination. Customer service is our number one goal!

General Daily Tasks:

• Answering inbound calls, presenting and delivering information to callers
• Building strong customer relationships while learning their requirements
• Making outbound calls while managing inbound calls
• Keep track of shipments from origin to destination
• Negotiating the cost of transporting goods
• Daily communication with customers
• Plan routes and process shipments
• Support to managers

Requirements and Qualifications​:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player that excels in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly
• Customer service knowledge

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
