Brick & Mortar Digital Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager Full Time

We are a digital marketing and business consultancy agency dedicated to helping businesses understand and compete online. We have been in business for almost 5 years. We do old school business in a new school world. That means is things conversations and data that matter, uncomplicated contracts, doing what we said we were going to do, and honest communication.

We’re really honest and really fun. We don’t really care where you work, or even so much when you work, as long as you are generally available during the day if we need you. Just get your stuff done and show up to meetings when you need to.

We hang out in the office a couple of times per week, mostly just to see each other’s face, to talk about clients and pick on each other. No clocking of hours or unnecessary paperwork. Just “work” like it’s supposed to be. Handle your business, show up when you’re supposed to and be good at what you do. Care about what you do and be passionate about results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with multiple areas of client campaigns, including creating campaigns, daily budget monitoring, keyword research, etc.
• Helping to define strategy for clients’ needs and executing the plan
• Creating s for paid search & paid social campaigns
• Providing account management support through phone and email communication, sitting in on meetings, etc.
• Assisting with SEO initiatives including content research, SEO-optimization of website content, ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, etc.

What You Should Have:

• 3-5 years of managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google & Facebook. (An agency environment preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Google Ads/Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMRush, & Screaming Frog
• Comprehension of applied marketing strategies like sales and marketing funnels, audience segmentation, customer conversion paths
• Knowledge of SEO/Content Marketing is a plus
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience with CRMs, conversion rate optimization, or other similar skills would be cool.
• Experience with enterprise level medical or dental clients would be an additional bonus for us, but not necessary.
• The ability to self-manage, get things done, and find things that need to be done to the benefit of our clients or the agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
