Shift: 12 a.m.- 8 a.m.

We are in search of a Receptionist to manage the front desk from 12 a.m.- 8 a.m.

Salary: $20-$21 per hour

Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages
  • Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees and vendors coming in and out of the facility
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
