About the Role

This role will play an integral part in supporting our growing Talent Acquisition function in the APAC region and contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing global HR team. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with managers to gain a deep understanding of hiring requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a spectrum of roles.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Meet with managers within the business to understand their recruitment needs
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Manage end to end recruitment processes including developing advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and background checks, through to offer and onboarding processes
• Use proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn to build talent pools
• Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
• Provide support on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects and tasks

We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have:

• End-to-end recruitment experience, either in agency or internal corporate environments
• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment setting
• Demonstrated experience in the recruitment of technical positions
• Demonstrated experience in the recruitment of mid-senior level roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Sense of urgency and a can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent follow-through skills
• Previous experience with ATS (desirable)
