Based in Winnipeg, BrettYoung has locations throughout Western Canada and Ontario.

Shipper/Receiver, Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to;

• Prepares receiving/shipping dock for incoming and outgoing product
• Stages, verifies, loads and unloads product (lifting up to 55lbs)
• Inspect incoming shipments for completeness
• Put product away to designated warehouse location, record any movement of product within the warehouse
• Record relevant information on internal receiving documents
• Delivery and pick up of product from specified locations in a 5-Ton truck
• Assist with yard and warehouse organization and housekeeping
• Follow Health and Safety policies as outlined

Required Skills;

• Previous experience working in a shipping/receiving environment is an asset
• Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training and certification will be provided
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with positive attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work long hours as needed
• Proficient in spoken and written English
