Responsibilities

Deliver best in industry talent, overseeing BresicWhitney’s recruitment function. Proactively spot and nurture relationships with top talent, developing a pool of future opportunity. Develop job descriptions and creative go-to-market strategies. Screen potential candidates and conduct interviews with key internal stakeholders. Perform reference checks and maintain staff files. Ensure candidate compatibility, both technically and culturally. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
