The role
Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for providing recruitment support major blue chip mining contracts and shutdowns teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment. You will require demonstrated experience managing a high volume of recruitment campaigns both blue collar possessing well-developed organisational and prioritising skills with exceptional attention to detail. We are looking for this candidate to start immediately.

The role is responsible for:

• High volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns across Western Australia – Rope Access, Scaffold & Mechanical
• Source new candidates. Screening resumes and conducting phone screens
• Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
• Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment
• Building a talent pipeline for future roles
• Streamlining current recruitment processes
• Liase with line managers in each department
