We’re looking for someone with experience in social media marketing, copywriting, content creation with a focus on audience growth and boosting. Someone who can expand our client’s social media persona from mediocre to exceptional. You will be responsible for assisting in developing, initiating, and overseeing a long-term digital marketing strategy and campaign, as well as spearheading short-term marketing solutions.

• Boosting experience for lead generation

• Have the ability to create engaging text, image, and video content

How will you be fulfilling your passion at Brehm Media:

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be working hand in hand with the Director of Content, helping in every aspect of our client’s social media accounts.

• Management of client’s social media accounts and channels
• Managing multiple accounts boosting budgets
• Implement client growth strategies
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
• Create engaging text, image, and video content
• Research audience preferences and create engaging content for target audiences
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Manage multiple accounts while managing your time and workload
• Edit/update social media pages including bio’s, header images, highlights categories, and cover photos
• Monitor and reply to direct messages
• Analyze and deliver KPI’s s to the Director of Content
• Monitor content and boost posts to further engagement and brand loyalty
• Strategize on and work in promotions where they fit into social media strategy
• Work with influencers, maintaining lists, outreach, and posting
• Create personal goals and benchmarks to meet
• Sit in on weekly phone or video conference meetings with clients probing into their business allowing you to better understand and market their company.
• Sit in on monthly video conference calls with clients to hear about their past month’s metrics, what went well, what didn’t perform, and what adjustments are going to be made.
• A successful outcome will… help to grow and expand a company’s social media presence into new social platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and more.
