As a vital part of our clients’ operating teams, we take charge of crucial tasks such as managing accounts receivable, (including collections) as well as handling accounts payable (including supplier payments and addressing supplier inquiries). We also ensure compliance with CRA regulations, manage payroll, handle tax remittances, issue Records of Employment (ROEs), and provide other essential services.
Beyond core accounting functions, we frequently collaborate with existing or expanding teams within organizations. Our close partnerships extend to Office Managers, CFOs, CEOs, staff members, and in many cases, pre-established Accountants responsible for filing the T2. While we are not Chartered Professional Accountants ourselves, we prioritize developing strong relationships with CPAs who leverage the meticulously organized data we maintain throughout the year to complete the T2 filing. We approach our role in our clients’ businesses with utmost dedication and professionalism, aiming to be dependable, efficient, trustworthy, and experts in the services we provide. Additionally, we serve as valuable sounding boards and cheerleaders for our clients, always striving to offer data-driven insights that align with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), maintain compliance, and safeguard our clients’ best interests.
