Brecks Group Hiring for Accounts Payable Specialist Job at London, England Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve payment requests from global vendors on a daily basis.

• Review the financial terms of global contracts.

• Answer employees questions on AP.

• Assist in solving employees’ problems on AP and utilize payment flow.

• Deliver AP education to internal and external customers.

• Work closely and effectively with other departments within TikTok to identify solutions and support business.

• Provide support for ad hoc AP matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and above preferably in accounting or finance-related field.

• At least 2 years of AP or reimbursement experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company.

• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology; experience using Concur and Oracle is strongly preferred.

• Relevant certification is preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA, AICPA, CMA).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

• Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.

• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is strongly desired.
