Job description

Breathe Youth are looking to recruit a dynamic, pro-active person with the required skills and experience to coordinate a mentoring programme for girls and young women in the Forest of Dean.

The key part of this role will be the recruitment, training and support of volunteer mentors who will mentor young women and girls who are facing challenges in their lives. Mentors will encourage them to achieve personal goals and improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. The coordinator will build partnerships with key stakeholders and lead the organisation’s interaction with other organisations.

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
