We are currently looking to fill the position of administration assistant at our St. John’s Clinic. Responsibilities include receiving and directing clients, managing client files, processing client invoices and payments, and other office duties.
The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills and have ability to multitask and be able to handle all reception duties. Also, must have a strong knowledge of Simply Accounting and well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
