Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

The candidate must be flexible in embracing tasks and seek out contributions to our team-oriented mindset. Must be a fast learner and bring a competent work ethic to the table.

This job will start with a basic introduction to the customer service work environment via data entry, order entry and customer follow-ups. Once established, coaching, soft sales leads, inside sales calls and training will be introduced from our department heads. Additional opportunities lie with leadership and mangerial qualities.

Requisites

— Strong writing and typing skills

— Outgoing and team-oriented personality

— CRM Experience

— Higher-level education is a plus

— Prior sales and customer experience are a large consideration

Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year based on skillset and experience

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
• Follow up with customers to determine if they need assistance with an order or any other information related to the order.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
