Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Our Head Office in Norwich with some hybrid working

We are seeking a capable, diligent and highly motivated HR & Payroll Coordinator, with a relevant Payroll qualification, to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Break’s Payroll service to our 430 employees across our interesting and complex organisation.
The role will predominately focus on the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles that occur in Payroll whilst providing support to our HR function during times of flux throughout the month. From a HR perspective the role will have exposure to completing variations to contracts, processing leavers, reviewing reference requests and handling general enquiries.
