As a result of our continued growth through acquisition and expanding client base, we are searching for an enthusiastic recruitment professional to join our dynamic HR Team in EMEA. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where every day is different.
This opportunity will see you honing your end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience, specialising in sourcing talent across a variety of roles including Business Services, Engineering and Professional Services.
Main Activities
This role will see you taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding for dedicated client groups. A typical day might include the following:
- Proactive and strategic talent sourcing and acquisition
- Use your creativeness to draft advertisements, whilst considering LMT impacts for all potential positions and hires
- Review and shortlist a successful pool of candidates
- Manage the coordination of all interviews, both virtually and face-to-face
- New starter contract preparation and onboarding
- Management of monthly recruitment metrics including ROI
- Maintain right to work tracking and data storage for Bravura employees
- Support with the development of our Employee Value Proposition.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment role
- Collaborative communication style and excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic, results-orientated self-starter with a personal drive to make things happen
- Can work autonomously and effectively in a global team
- Strong attention to detail
