Bravura Solutions is listed on the ASX and has a strong reputation as being one of the leading global providers for Software Solutions in the Financial Services Industry. We are looking for an Financial Accountant on a fixed-term contract for 4 months. This will be a challenging yet rewarding role for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, has strong verbal communication skills, and can pick things up quickly.

Main Activities

With the support of a global finance team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the APAC financial accountant with general ledger and reconciliations

Assisting with the overseeing all areas of accounts payable

Intercompany cost transfers and allocations

Intercompany funding and multi- currency payments

Understanding/maintaining and reconciling the fixed assets and depreciation

Monthly GST & Annual FBT calculation

TPAR and PTR reporting

Assisting with auditor requests

Day to day communication with the global finance team

Balance Sheet and bank reconciliations

Ad-hoc finance duties

To be successful in this role you will have:
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables and Vlookups)

CPA/CA or equivalent qualified

You’re committed, hard-working and resilient; you’re a natural at solving problems and enjoy going that extra mile to find a solution

You demonstrate a ‘team player’ mentality with the willingness to learn

Strong time management and organisation skills

You continuously strive to improve processes and policies

You’re confident to work cohesively with the global team and communicate with the business and its senior stakeholders

You have worked with a large enterprise system. Workday and Sun Systems would be highly regarded

Excellent communication skills
