Full Job Description
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gathering basic customer information to determine eligibility via phone or email
- Daily use of computers and phone system for the purpose of working fund drives and partnerships
- Answering inquiries
- Coordinating preferred dates and times for follow ups
- Entering data into the CRM and updating customer account during calls
- Make outbound calls to leads for the purpose of soliciting fundraising and partnerships
- Create new leads and accounts in CRM
- Outbound calls
- Work new marketing leads
- Develop relationships with clients for continued support
- Maintain a positive, energetic, informative and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Solves issues relating to partners, field coordinators and logistics managers
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the program and offer suggestions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
