HR Position

Brauer is the leading forklift dealer in the Nashville area and we are looking to add to our team again. The HR position requires strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality with the ability to effectively interact with external business contacts and internal staff at all levels, possessing a passion for excellence.

Employee will be recruiting and on-boarding new employees, maintaining employee records, managing health and life insurance programs, performing annual reviews, responding to employee queries and resolving issues and tracking time off and payroll hours. 2+ years in an HR and Recruiting role is a must. Experience working in a HR environment with Employee Benefits, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Reviews, Worker Comp, Insurance, and Payroll is required.

This position allows you to work independently while truly being part of a larger team with a common goal.

You must be an excellent communicator, with in depth knowledge of recruiting and labor regulations.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 year Human Resources and Recruiting experience required

Good computer skills

Good communications skills

Clean Background

Good paperwork skills

Stable work history

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
