BranexGroup Hiring for Systems Engineer at Auburn Hills, MI Full Time

Job responsibilities will include the following:

• Supporting and running strategic projects to define functional requirements for development and clearly communicate conclusions and /recommendations to stakeholders.
• Supporting internal and external customers in achieving success with customer occupant performance goals through data analysis and recommendation.
• Defining customer need, collect data, summarize relent data, digest and analyze data, communicate conclusions and recommendations including company products or innovation as appropriate within defined timeline.
• Supporting the Systems team members as needed.
• Writing project proposals, test and simulation requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Mechatronics with a minimum of 3 years of Systems Engineering experience is required.
• Experience with automotive restraints and development
• Occupant performance data analysis and/or problem-solving skills.
• Experience with new automotive interiors, seating, sensing and/or innovation.
• Must be able to handle large datasets
• High level of communications skills both verbally and written; must be able to speak confidently to all levels and departments in our organization, OEMs and academics.
• Must be comfortable with digesting technical papers and regulations.
• OEM, Tier 1, or academic automotive application experience
• Willingness to work off hours as needed for testing and global meetings
• Willingness to travel on occasion as business needs require

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
