Duties include but are not limited to:
Work with dealers and customers to understand product issues and repairs
Track information used to identify early trends
Work closely with internal departments to drive process and product improvements
Provide fair and efficient warranty reimbursement from defective product
Process claims and warranty credits
Manage invoicing/denial notifications to dealers
Manage machine registrations
Answer warranty related inquires
High focus on Customer Service –internal and external
