We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Spider customers and branches by accurately entering orders, providing information, and resolving problems. Will require you to utilize excellent communication skills and teamwork with all the employees at our organization. An ideal candidate must enjoy and thrive in a fast pace and high energy environment. The person must be very organized, very good with time management, excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, dependable, people oriented, adaptable/flexible, detail oriented, strong work ethic, quick learner, good computer skills and JD Edwards knowledge is a required.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers daily via email or over the phone responding to questions from any level of internal customer
Manage the customer service shared inbox daily.
Provides shipping information on order status, check product availability, lead time and pricing.
Enters all requisitions into JDE system, coordinates shipments, tracks order and advises customers of order status.
Provides parts identification and basic product information to customers and branches.
Addresses production problems to appropriate personnel.
Work with service center(s) to ensure JIT inventory for maximum production output
Monitors product availability and coordinates with planning, purchasing and production to meet current and anticipated customer needs.
Create s inbound transfer, open orders, reorder s.
Create invoices where required.
Attend and manage the daily fleet team call/needs and weekly operations calls.
Performs other projects or duties as assigned.
Conduct VOC surveys and analyze results to resolve problems and present new procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of work-related customer service experience.
Must demonstrate extremely strong listening and verbal communication skills with various customer types.
Must be professional to deal both in person and on the telephone.
Must demonstrate previous procedure writing and implementation
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word).
Able to key 55+ WPM.
Experience with ERP or MRP systems, JD Edwards Advanced knowledge preferred.
Focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction providing a positive experience.
Prior inventory experience will be helpful.
Highly organized, outstanding attention to detail with ability to multi-task and decision-making abilities.
Good time management skills to support all BrandSafway Branches.
Good problem-solving skills with implementation
Patience and active listener to truly hear customer and its problems.
Ability to write inter-departmental procedures to improve processes
Self-starter who pays extreme attention to detail and strives for excellence.
Excellent phone presence and customer service skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently.
Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with employees at all levels.
