This role is a Remote Role: This is a fully remote position but candidates must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Overview
The Brand Experience Executive is a field based sales and brand activation role responsible for driving sell through, consumer engagement, and brand visibility across assigned Shoppers Drug Mart and London Drugs locations. Representing our Prestige Brands, Elizabeth Arden and Juicy Couture, this role blends direct to consumer selling, in store event execution, brand education, and merchandising excellence to deliver measurable sales results within a defined territory.
Acting as the face of our brands in-store, the Brand Experience Executive leads high-impact consumer activations, educates store teams to strengthen recommendation power, and manages a dedicated demonstrator team to maximize performance during key selling moments. The role carries individual sales targets at both the daily and territory level and requires strong territory planning, relationship management, and executional discipline.

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
The base pay range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the co-paid basic life insurance policy and short-term disability insurance. Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, healthcare spending accounts, Employee and Family Assistance Program, Health & Fitness Reimbursement etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Registered Pension Plan (RPP).
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
