Job Title: Customer Finance Analyst

Location: Westfield, WI (60 miles north of Madison and south of Stevens Point)

Reports to: Customer Finance Manager

Job Classification: Salaried Exempt, Full-time

Job Summary: The Customer Finance Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis of sales performance, deductions and margins by customer, and pricing updates based on market movements.

Hybrid/Remote schedule: 50% remote/working in the office every Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

Essential Functions:

• Assists with analyzing actual vs. budget performance.
• Develops predictive modeling to estimate revenue and margin and ensures accurate invoicing and manage intermittent price changes.
• Assists with preparation of month, quarter, and year end analysis and utilizes profitability reports to guide decision making.
• Compiles data used to create reports on various customer profitability metrics and provides insights on trends contributing to changes in gross profit.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1-3 years of financial modeling experience
2. Demonstrated initiative and follow-through
3. Analytical skills: Able to assess data, recognize discrepancies or inconsistencies, make decisions, and communicate accordingly. Strong math skills and detail oriented.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization
5. Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Manufacturing background or a general understanding of the Foodservice Industry
2. Experience in profitability reporting and analysis
3. Knowledge of Business Warehouse reporting
4. Prior experience with: Blacksmith/Forge Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment: The work environment is an office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels.

Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands.

Position Type: Exempt, 1st shift and 50% remote/working in the office every Monday, Tuesday, and every other
Wednesday.

Travel: There may be up to 10% travel as necessary
