This is a 3-6 months opportunity

As a TA Candidate Partner, you will be the owner of a talent market in Open Assembly working
closely with Enterprise Clients to support the hiring of Open Talent Freelancers.
The subject matter expert, is responsible for creating sourcing strategies in partnership with Open
Assembly Client Hiring Managers.
A superior communicator, skilled in developing quick rapport and trust with hiring managers to
understand resource skills demand (and definition) and facilitate candidate selection and hiring.
Able to identify opportunities for innovation to our process; looking for ways to automate or
otherwise improve our ways of working.

What you’ll be working on

• Being the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers and candidates before and during the hiring process.
• Partnering with OA Client Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to understand sourcing/candidate requirements, both on individual requisitions but also on a more long-term basis
• Focusing on building an effective sourcing and assessment plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Attending intake call/job briefings with Hiring Managers, as appropriate.
• Working with the Open Assembly Market Place relationship management team to understand the availability of skills and effectively source candidates with those skills
• Posting of role(s) through the OA Platform
• Monitoring candidates, sifting and screening candidates as appropriate to prepare a candidate down-select for hiring managers.
• Providing regular updates to the Hiring Manager on progress, managing expectations and providing alternative Open Talent strategies to fulfill requirements.
• Guiding hiring managers and candidates through the hiring process.
• Demonstrating ability to understand Hiring Manager preferences.
