Braintree Educational Services Hiring for TN Test Coordinator & Assistant/Proctor at Tennessee Full Time

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the TTA program. Great attention to detail, and excellent leadership, communication, and technology skills. Is flexible enough to quickly respond to emails and phone calls and is willing to jump in and help get the job done. Excellent problem-solving ability. This is a contracted position, paid on an hourly basis. Hours are variable based on the partner testing window. Light duties with monthly virtual meetings from September-December, weekly meetings beginning January-Spring test window. Both will need to be on-site in Roane County, TN, for the five days of testing. 2 people will be hired. They will work as a team: 1 to obtain, manage and monitor the test site. The other will assist and proctor the tests. Both will attend the meetings with the Warren Test Admin. The positions pay $24/hr.

Job Summary:
Responsible for locating, managing, and monitoring the Roane county test site for the five days of testing. Communicating with TTA families to track/monitor testing of all K-8th graders living in Roane county enrolled with Warren County. @ 15 students. K-4 Paper test/5th may be either/6-8th computer-based test.)

Test Coordinator & Assistant/proctor Responsibilities:
Overall Goal:
Test every TTA K-8th grade student living in Roane Couty enrolled with Warren County School district. Any student who does not complete the test will not be eligible to return to the program in the 2023-24 school year.

Team & Parent Support:
Communicate with Staff/families as needed. (ie, answer emails, texts, or calls within 24 hrs or less)

Work with the assistant to ensure all aspects of the testing are performed as required.

Program administration:
Meet with the Warren County Test Administrator.

Be onsite for all testing.

Represent TTA in those meetings.

Locate and obtain a test site.

Set up the test site/load test on computers, if needed.

Track Team/parents required training and documentation (SpEd, accommodations, no shows)

Monitor testing participation

Follow up with families who have not signed/shown up to test

Call, email, text

Send Follow up emails

Monitor and update the Master Test Tracking sheet

Communicate regularly with the TTA Director.

Monitor and oversee on-site testing sites.

Proctor and/or administer state testing, if needed.

Attend Inservice training as needed.

Other duties as assigned by Executive Admin Team.

Coordinator/Assistant Requirements:
Complete any training required by the Partner or State.

Licensed to teach in the state of Tennessee

Pass a background check if not currently a TTA employee

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding tech skills, especially confident in Google Sheets/Excel

Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Must live in Tennesse or easily travel to the test site.
