**Who we are: **

BrainCeek provides work simulations where students can experience different jobs in 30 minutes to 3 hours. Through the simulations, we help corporations tackle talent shortages by widening applicant pools and funneling top candidates using data collected. On the other side, we provide students with the awareness and exposure to different career opportunities.

We envision a world where anyone can try out different jobs and gain an understanding of the opportunities available to them – and corporations can quickly build a talent pool for new jobs developed within the future of work.

**What role we are trying to fill: **

We are looking for an investment banking guest speaker for our investment banking simulations. The main priorities would be to help students further understand the role of investment banking during our simulations. If the candidate is able to devote additional time on top of the simulations, responsibilities include business development and sales / marketing. The candidate must have prior investment banking experience (M&A, ECM / DCM, and restructuring).

**Preferred qualifications: **

• Prior experience in investment banking or a form of corporate finance – knowledge of comps (trading, M&A, and IPO), DCF, and pitchbooks
• Ability to break down complicated concepts in into digestible content suitable for audiences ages 18 through 24+.

• Able to participate in simulations on select Fridays; upcoming simulation dates include 1/21/22 and 1/28/22
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and technologies quickly
