Braids & Laces Limited is Looking for Textile Machine Operator Full Time

Braids & Laces was started in 1936 and is a 4th generation family owned company. We have been at our current location since 1968. We manufacture various kinds of industrial rope. We have a dedicated team of long term skilled employees who understand what goes into making an exceptional product and are a part of our success. We embrace honesty and integrity.

You are responsible to run textile equipment in a fast paced environment. The job has lots of variation and we will provide training on all equipment as necessary. No experience necessary, just a willingness to work and a friendly attitude. You need to be organized and focused with attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Setting up machines daily
• Maintaining equipment and machinery
• Ability to follow instructions as directed
• Works safely as per company policies

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
• Dexterity and math skills are an asset
• Adaptable and willing to learn
