Braemar College is an independent, co-educational and ecumenical school for students in Years 5 to 12, located near Woodend, an hour’s drive from Melbourne’s CBD. The College curriculum is contemporary and includes digital literacies such as iPads to support the quality of learning and teaching.
About the role:
The role is part of the Educational Support Services Team (ESST). The key element of the Accounts Payable Assistant is to work as part of a small team assuming responsibility for the efficient operation of the creditor system. You will work closely with other team members to ensure all invoices and purchase orders are processed for payment. You will be required to liaise and establish relationships with key creditors.
The position is a full-time position and the usual hours would be 8.30 am – 4.30 pm. We would consider school hours for the successful candidate if required.
