What you need to do:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively recruit talented team members and maximize their effectiveness through robust onboarding processes and facilitate ongoing training based on determining gaps and fulfilling training needs. This position will be working with the

Leadership Team to help develop an overall hiring strategy; all Team Leaders to understand their immediate and future team needs; and Braden Team members to understand how new hires will continue to add to their Team culture.

Recruiting:

• Work with Leadership team to design the company’s hiring strategy
• Work with Leadership team to determine annual hiring needs
• Work with Team Leaders to determine hiring needs for individual departments
• Craft appealing job descriptions
• Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
• Actively source candidates via various methods (participating in events, organizing career days, utilizing databases and social media, etc.)
• Proactively recruit top talent to convert to Braden Team Members
• Conduct the initial phone screen with qualified candidates
• Provide Team Leaders with a shortlist of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring team
• Build lasting relationships with high caliber candidates for the future
• Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
• Supporting hiring teams and help them making objective hiring decisions

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ work experience preferred, or a combination of schooling and experience
• At least 1 year of direct B2B sales/industry experience is strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of training experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of sales recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Proven history of success and results-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication skills with cheerful outlook
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking ability
• Strong people skills and general office skills

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
